John Connolly RIP:
The Moycarkey Borris GAA community was saddened to hear in recent days that John Connolly Noard, Two Mile Borris had died.
John played at every level in the Moycarkey Borris club teams. In the 1970’s John played on the Senior Hurling team’s full forward line. Our club history noted him as a regular goal scorer. Subsequent to his playing days John helped and mentored for several years with the fledgling Ladies Football team.
Our sincere sympathies to all of John’s Family and Friends.
