A huge afternoon of Championship hurling is in store as St Mary’s and Killenaule contest the Premier Intermediate Final before neighbours and rivals Moycarkey Borris and Thurles Sarsfields go head to head in the County Senior Hurling Final.


Important Ticket Information


Tickets can be purchased in advance online through the Tipperary GAA website: https://embed.futureticketing.ie/c/tipperary-gaa/ Supporters are strongly encouraged to purchase their tickets online in advance to avoid delays on match day. Tap-and-go payment will be available at FBD Semple Stadium. No cash will be accepted at the venue. Please have your ticket ready for scanning on arrival.


Match Coverage


The FBD Insurance County Premier Intermediate Hurling Final will be streamed live on Clubber. The FBD Insurance County Senior Hurling Final will be broadcast live on TG4. Tipp FM will provide live coverage of both finals.


Match Day Information


A large attendance is expected at FBD Semple Stadium for both county finals. Supporters are strongly advised to plan their journey in advance, arrive early and allow sufficient time for parking and entry to the stadium.


Stadium Information


Gates will open at 1.00 pm. Both the Ardan O’Riain (New Stand) and Ardian O’Coinneain (Old Stand) will be open for supporters. Please follow all steward instructions and respect all safety guidelines while attending the games.


Road Closures & Traffic Management


A Garda Traffic Management Plan will be in operation on Sunday 11th October.


Road closures will be in place from 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm.


Barrier Placements


– Bohernanave – Entrances from Abbey Road Bridge (St Brigid’s Terrace) and the front of Semple Stadium will be restricted. Barriers will be in place and manned by Gardaí.


– Kennedy Park – At the JYSK roundabout on Abbey Road, access will be restricted. Match parking in Coolmore Morris Park will be Pass Only, with residents only permitted access at this point.


Affected Areas


The following areas will be within the road closure sector:


Bohernanave, Kennedy Park, Childers Park, Collins Park, Church View, St Enda’s Terrace


Residents in these areas must present a residents’ pass or proof of residency to gain access during the road closure times.


Supporters are advised to plan their journey accordingly and allow additional time for travel.


Parking


Supporters are asked to park responsibly, follow steward directions and avoid illegal parking. Please be considerate of local residents and do not obstruct entrances, roads or access routes. Supporters using designated match parking should ensure they have the required parking pass before travelling.

Follow all Garda and steward instructions.


Park responsibly and be mindful of local residents.


Allow additional time for entry to the stadium.

After Game Traffic Management

Traffic congestion and delays are to be expected.

Supporters are asked to exercise patience and follow the directions of Gardaí and stewards.
