On behalf of Moycarkey-Borris, a huge thank you to everyone who took part in our golf classic this weekend. It was a huge success, and so well supported by all in the parish, and beyond. In particular, thank you to John Commins and Blackcastle Farm who kept us well fed all weekend with his delicious Piedmontese Beef Burgers. His beef sausages are also available nationwide now in Aldi stores.
