Golf Classic
Moycarkey Borris GAA Golf Classic 2023 will take place on Friday June 30th and Saturday July 1st in Thurles Golf Club. Booking is now available - TEAM OF FOUR €160. Senior Club
Rhys Shelly became the first Moycarkey-Borris player to be part of a Tipperary Senior Hurling Championship panel since 2003 when he lined out as sub-goalie for Tipperary’s excellent win over Clare last Sunday.
Juvenile Club
Well done to Sean Sheehan who represented Two-Mile Borris N.S. in the primary football games in Killarney last Saturday!
Well done to Louis Coughlan and Tom Ryan who were part of the Tipperary panel who defeated Waterford by 3-18 to 1-3 in Phase 1, Round 2 of the Electric Ireland Munster GAA Minor Football Championship last week.
Well done to David Costigan, Jack Hayes and Killian Cantwell who were part of the Tipperary panel who were defeated by Limerick in Round 4 of the Electric Ireland Munster GAA Hurling Minor Championship last week.
Moycarkey Borris Camogie and Ladies Football Club
Congratulations to our two under 12 camogie teams who competed against Brian Borus on Sunday in Littleton winning one and defeated in second.
Hard luck to our under 16 girls who were defeated by Boherlahan in the league competition. They now play Silvermines in the Ragg Camogie Grounds this Friday evening in the semi-final.
Congratulations to our under 17 Ladies Football team who qualified for the League County Final.
Club Social
We held our Club Social last Saturday in the Anner Hotel. Thanks to those who helped in organising the night and to everyone for their support.
